Drawing the Portrait

Join Mark Glavina for a three week comprehensive study of the portrait. Mark breaks down the portrait into easy to follow shapes, planes, and masses, making finding proportion and drawing a likeness easy and fun. Move past making copies from photographs and learn to draw people like a professional, quickly and accurately. In this class we will build confidence and learn pencil and charcoal techniques to take your drawings to a new level. Lessons, demonstrations, and explanations will be presented online as well as in the studio, followed by hands on instruction for in-studio students. All students will receive class notes and access to the recordings. (All Levels)
