When you shop with us by name (in-store and online), your contact information is retained and used to identify you as eligible to receive our Member's Discount and other Member's-Exclusive Deals, and your purchase history is retained in our database. The information will also be used to update your Member Profile as necessary, and retrieve past invoices to assist you in exchanging or returning a purchase. In providing Phoenix Art Workshop with your personal information and shopping with your Member Profile, you agree to this use of the collected information.
Email communications, which we send via Mailchimp, include information regarding sales, classes, and upcoming events. We typically send only about one email each month. When you opt in to join our email list, we will add your name to our email list because you have given us permission to do so.

- You may opt out of email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each email we send, by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address you wish to unsubscribe, or by updating your communication preferences in-store. Click here if you wish to resubscribe with the same email address.
We occasionally send emails to addresses that have not opted in, with your email address either being publicly published or being provided to us by a trusted source, such as a member of our creative community or one of our staff members. Emails such as this are normally to invite you to an event that appears to fit your professional interests. If you do not wish to hear from us, you may use the unsubscribe link on our newsletter, or contact us at email@example.com from the address the email was sent to and we will remove your email address promptly.
When you voluntarily send us electronic mail, we keep a record of this information so that we can respond to you. This information is retained in our email program’s history and, in regards to emails involving your communications preferences, may be retained to ensure we have a record of your requests. We are committed to protecting the personal information of our customers, and never disclose personal information regarding customers without the consent of the person involved, unless we are required to for a police investigation or emergency. We only obtain contact information that is offered voluntarily and do not use purchased, rented, third party, or appended lists. We do not share or sell customer data with third parties. Customer information is used for internal purposes, and only for the specific service for which the information was provided (ie. email sign up list, placing an order, etc).We also request that you update us on any changes to your contact information.
