Travel Night at the Studio
Annual Travel Night on Saturday, March 21st 2026 This will be an informal, fun get-together celebrating art, travel, and the wonderful community that has grown around Travelling Brush adventures over the years. Expect a relaxed evening filled with great friends, lively conversation, travel stories, inspiring artwork, and of course a glass of wine. If all goes well, we’ll also have some artwork on display from a few of our regular travellers. If you’d like to contribute a piece of your artwork for display, please reply to this email so we can organize the hanging in advance of the evening.
We’ll also be launching our brand new November painting journey to Kerala, India, and sharing a sneak peek at some exciting trips on the horizon — with the possibility of another Pueblos Mágicos in Central Mexico, a river journey along Colombia’s Magdalena River, and a return to Turkey with Reha Sakar next September. We’re also thrilled to announce a local Okanagan winery painting weekend this September with Scott Pydell Pearce and myself.
Since our travel hiatus during COVID we’ve had some incredible adventures together — Morocco, Malta, Sicily, Panama, and Pueblos Mágicos — so we’ll have plenty of stories, photos, and paintings to share. But the evening is just as much about looking forward and dreaming up future adventures together.
We’d also love your input! If you haven’t filled out our travel survey, follow the link below and tell us what destinations are on your wish list. Everyone who completes the survey will have their name entered for a chance to win a set of Meeden synthetic squirrel watercolour brushes, which we’ll draw after the Kerala presentation.
