Surnoor Sembhi/Singh

Singh is a skillful watercolour painter, whose bold & gestural approach excels in capturing the likeness & atmosphere of the environment around him.

Sunoor Singh is a visual artist originally from India, pursuing his artistic endeavours while developing a visual language to be able to express with his artwork. 

Singh has won numerous awards including the Steveston Grand Prix of Art Masters category in 2021 & Paint on the Mountain Plein Air Competition in 2020.

Mike Radford

Mike Radford: Associate member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and regular traveler to Latin America, Mike has been teaching watercolour at Phoenix Art Workshop from its inception in 2001. Mike works almost exclusively in watercolour and chooses a variety of subjects to paint, from still life to landscape.

Ann Willsie

Ann is known for her large-scale panoramic landscapes, florals and rural scenes of Canada. Bold, visible brushstrokes and thick, luscious oil paint are characteristic of her paintings, which have been described as contemporary impressionism.

Mark Glavina

Mark Glavina studied graphic design and Illustration at Capilano College and has worked as a teacher and illustrator with various contracts including background painting for animation and private contracts and commissions as well as established a reputation as a muralist.

Chris Charlebois

Born in 1952 in Arvida, Quebec, Chris Charlebois has spent most of his life in British Columbia. He attended the Vancouver School of Art and his painting instructors were Don Jarvis and Bruce Boyd. Since then his work has been collected by numerous private and corporate collectors. Inspired by the west coast environment his work is evolving into a kind of nature based abstraction.
